We have had a great experience with maintenance staff while living here, always timely, responsive, and doing their best to solve problems quickly. They are also friendly and kind. Recently, one team member, Dwight, saw I needed help carrying something outside and went out of his way to help me with kindness and professionalism. I can tell he is a great part of the team!

Just renewed my lease for year#3! I truly enjoy living here. Im in a 2 bdrm duplex. Good amount of living space. Bdrms are spacious for queen sized beds. Quiet property & being able to walk to the water is a treat. Office employees are helpful in particular Amy! She has always been helpful ,polite & courtesy. She is who I signed my lease with& always who I go to with any maintenance or technical questions, which she addresses quickly.
I put in a maintenance order this morning at 11:10am about my thermostat not working. By 11:20am, Mr P. was at my door to fix the problem. Mr. P is super kind and was extremely helpful! I’m so thankful that our complex moves quickly with these issues. My home is warm again!!
Merrimack Landing apartments are nice and affordable. A difficult combination to attain when renting these days. Thank you Nikki and Amy for your support and kindness
Maintenance personnel (Kalique) stopped by to replace an air filter. My experience with the maintenance personnel here have been good for the most part. I notice they try to handle any upcoming jobs as promptly as possible and I appreciate that.
While all of the housing staff is friendly and on your side, Amy especially is a wonderful gift to us! We have worked with her for over two years and she is always efficient, respectful, and working hard to make sure we have the best living experience here at Merrimack. Thank you Amy!!!
Amy is one of the office personnel at Merrimack landing, she cares about the customer , she'll goes the extra mile to explain making sure the customer understands, whatever you came in for. I appreciate her patience and understanding, thanks for your help.
